A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough) is the total value of bets you need to place before bonus funds and the winnings associated with them can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a Rs 500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 5,000 in total bets before that bonus balance becomes withdrawable. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. Security
BetPanda locks accounts automatically after five consecutive failed login attempts as a security precaution. The lockout period is 30 minutes and clears automatically — you can try again after that time. Going forward, use the OTP login option or the "Forgot password?" function to avoid repeated failed attempts. You can also enable 2FA in your account settings so future logins are more secure.
Log in to your BetPanda account, go to Account Settings, and find the Security tab. Select "Enable Two-Factor Authentication" and choose SMS as your 2FA method. BetPanda will send a test OTP to your registered mobile number to confirm the setup. Once enabled, every login will require both your password and a one-time code sent by SMS. Log in, go to Account Settings, and open the Responsible Gaming tab. Select Deposit Limits and choose daily, weekly or monthly (or all three). Enter the maximum PKR amount you want to be able to deposit in that period and confirm. The limit takes effect immediately. To reduce a limit — say, from Rs 5,000 to Rs 2,000 — the change applies right away. To increase a limit, a 24-hour cooling period is required before the increase takes effect. This delay is intentional and is designed to protect you. All deposit limit changes are free and available at any time.
Self-exclusion is a long-term suspension of your BetPanda account — the minimum period is six months. Once activated, your account is closed, all marketing messages stop, and you are blocked from registering a new account. Any real-money balance remaining in your account is returned to your verified payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and no attempt will be made to discourage you from completing the request. Yes — BetPanda's cool-off period tool lets you suspend your account temporarily without closing it. You can choose 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit or bet.
