Click "Log in with OTP instead" on the login form. Enter your registered mobile number and a 6-digit one-time password will be sent by SMS within seconds. Enter the OTP to log in. This method is ideal for shared devices or if you cannot remember your password. The OTP expires after five minutes.
Click "Forgot password?" on the login form. Enter your registered mobile number or email address. BetPanda will send a password reset link via SMS or email. If you are using a shared phone, a family computer, or a public device, always log out of your BetPanda account when you are done. Do not tick "Keep me logged in" on shared devices. BetPanda automatically logs out inactive sessions after 24 hours, but logging out manually is the safest approach on any device that is not exclusively yours.
