BetPanda Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and BetPanda ("BetPanda", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the gaming and sports betting platform available at betpanda.ws. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the BetPanda platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use BetPanda's services. Continued use of the platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.

These Terms apply to all products and services available at BetPanda, including but not limited to PSL and cricket betting, crash games including Aviator, JetX and BetPanda Crash, Andar Bahar, Ludo Games, Poker, Virtual Sports, and all promotional offers and bonuses. Where specific product rules differ from these general Terms, the specific product rules will take precedence for that product only.

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document:

• Account: The registered player account created on the BetPanda platform through which the player accesses all services.
• Balance: The total amount of real-money funds held in a player's BetPanda wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Bonus Funds: Any promotional or bonus amounts credited to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Deposit: A transfer of real funds from the player's payment method to their BetPanda wallet balance.
• Withdrawal: A transfer of real funds from the player's BetPanda wallet balance to their designated payment method.
• Wagering Requirement: The total value of bets that must be placed before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• KYC: Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before processing withdrawals or at BetPanda's discretion.
• Platform: The BetPanda website at betpanda.ws and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• PKR: Pakistani Rupee — the sole currency used for all transactions on BetPanda.
• Restricted Person: Any individual who is under 18 years of age, who is self-excluded, or who is prohibited from using BetPanda's services under these Terms.

To use BetPanda's real-money services, you must first register an account. Registration is free. During registration, you will be asked to provide personal details including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You confirm that all information provided during and after registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

BetPanda reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its discretion without providing a reason. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is considered your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, contact BetPanda support immediately via live chat.

BetPanda implements an age verification check at registration and may require documentary proof of age before allowing withdrawals or continued account use. Players who are subsequently found to be under 18 at the time of registration will have their accounts permanently closed and all winnings forfeited.

Before processing any withdrawal, BetPanda may require the player to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This is a standard requirement across all legitimate online gaming platforms and is not unique to BetPanda. The purpose of KYC is to confirm your identity, verify your age, confirm your payment method ownership, and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

Documents typically requested during KYC include a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of your registered mobile number or email address, and in some cases a recent bank statement or screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits. All documents submitted to BetPanda are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If a player fails to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by BetPanda, withdrawals may be delayed or suspended until verification is complete. BetPanda is not liable for delays caused by a player's failure to complete KYC promptly.

BetPanda accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BetPanda does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. BetPanda does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the player's name, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

BetPanda reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits and to apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps at the platform level or for individual accounts. Players may also self-impose deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, or to any verified payment method on record. The minimum withdrawal amount at BetPanda is Rs 200. The maximum single withdrawal is Rs 5,00,000.

BetPanda aims to process all withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets within 30 minutes of the request being submitted. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on banking hours. These timeframes apply to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may experience longer processing times.

BetPanda reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations. In such cases, BetPanda will notify the player via their registered email address. If a withdrawal request is declined, the funds will be returned to the player's BetPanda wallet balance.

BetPanda offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, Ludo tournament prize pools, VIP loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions such as Eid bonuses. All offers are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules in this section.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have a fully registered and verified BetPanda account.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per household, one per IP address, and one per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Unless otherwise stated, the wagering requirement is calculated as Bonus Amount × Wagering Multiplier (typically 20x to 30x).
• Bets placed on crash games, virtual sports, Andar Bahar, and sports markets count at 100% toward wagering requirements. Slots count at 100%. Certain other games may count at a reduced rate — see the specific promotion for details.
• BetPanda may void any bonus and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or using automated betting software.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

All bets placed on the BetPanda platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant game section.

A bet is considered confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the BetPanda system and a confirmation message has been displayed to the player. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where the BetPanda platform explicitly offers a cash out or in-play amendment option for the specific bet type and the player exercises that option before the event result is determined.

The minimum bet amount across all BetPanda products is Rs 50. The maximum single-bet payout is Rs 5,00,000. BetPanda reserves the right to apply lower maximum payout limits to specific markets, events, or bet types, and to reduce or suspend betting limits on any market at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds, a bet settlement, or any other aspect of a bet's processing, BetPanda reserves the right to void the affected bet. If a void occurs, the stake will be returned to the player's BetPanda wallet. BetPanda is not liable for any consequential loss arising from technical errors.

For virtual sports and crash games, results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). These results are final once the event or round concludes. For crash games specifically, BetPanda uses a provably fair cryptographic system — the crash point is determined before the round begins and is independently verifiable by the player after each round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BetPanda platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, their funds frozen, and their winnings voided without prior notice.

• Registering more than one BetPanda account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the BetPanda platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets in coordination with other players to exploit bonus terms, generate guaranteed profits, or otherwise manipulate the platform's expected outcomes ("arbitrage abuse" or "bonus abuse").
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money, finance illegal activity, or otherwise use BetPanda's payment systems for unlawful purposes.
• Accessing the BetPanda platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law, where doing so creates legal liability for BetPanda.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing BetPanda staff or other players through any communication channel.

BetPanda reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged account inactivity (accounts with a zero balance inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed), and receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. If the investigation concludes with no findings of prohibited conduct, the account will be reinstated and full access restored. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and forfeiture of balance will be applied as appropriate.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting BetPanda support via live chat or at support@betpanda.ws. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, provided KYC is complete and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements apply.

Players who close their accounts for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) must refer to the Responsible Gaming section below. Self-exclusion account closures are permanent unless the player specifically requests reinstatement after a minimum cooling-off period and receives approval from BetPanda's responsible gaming team.

BetPanda is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, session time reminders, temporary cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are available through your account settings or by contacting BetPanda support at any time.

Once a self-exclusion request is processed, your BetPanda account will be closed and you will be prevented from registering a new account. During the self-exclusion period, you will not receive any marketing communications from BetPanda. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your verified payment method.

BetPanda takes its obligations around underage gaming extremely seriously. We use age verification at registration and during KYC. All content on the BetPanda platform — including but not limited to the BetPanda name, logo, visual design, software, game content, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of BetPanda or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, post, or transmit any part of the BetPanda platform or its content without prior written permission from BetPanda. Unauthorised use of BetPanda's intellectual property may result in legal action. The BetPanda Crash game and associated branding is an exclusive BetPanda product and may not be reproduced or imitated.

BetPanda provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous uptime and reliable performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults. BetPanda will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetPanda's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform will not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

BetPanda is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits BetPanda's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

BetPanda collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to BetPanda processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

BetPanda uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, communicate promotional offers (where you have opted in), and comply with legal obligations including anti-money laundering requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by BetPanda. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@betpanda.ws. Requests for deletion will be processed in accordance with applicable legal retention requirements — certain transaction records must be retained for compliance purposes even after account closure.

BetPanda reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BetPanda will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a notification displayed on the platform. The updated Terms will include a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you have the right to close your account before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the BetPanda platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. BetPanda recommends that players review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
